Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Snap Mango 14 day change of mind return policy.

Returns must be
1. Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
2. as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
3. In a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
4. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
5. To return your item for change of mind, you must follow our returns process.
6. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
7. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Defective Goods
For an item that has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team with photographic evidence of the damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The original cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty Period

Snap Mango Products come with a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this warranty period, Snap Mango will repair or replace at no charge. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, or damage of products.

Snap Mango Pty Ltd  will either repair or replace the product at no charge during the warranty period, The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

To obtain warranty service you must contact Snap Mango at
cs@snapmango.com.au   so that we may determine the problem. Please make sure that you include your proof of purchase with your email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to cs@snapmango.com.au  and send your item to
